| Another excellent and rewarding two days is perhaps the best way to sum up the Challenge of Management Event in Harrogate. I cannot believe how much enjoyment I get out of attending these events. The whole way they are structured, organised, facilitated and executed is brilliant. The lessons to be learned and passed on are invaluable and the worth of these conferences to everyone attending cannot be exaggerated or ignored. Simply put they are more than important, they are essential. |

The (Pathways To Success) programme was a valuable experience not only for the application of a job but also UCAS university application. A useful programme set out to develop initiative and confidence through interviews,presentations and real life problem solving all over 2 days. However I felt the whole aim of the project was to provide us with an opportunity of hands on experience of a real workplace and to have fun. The programme was very well organised and worked very well and should be attended next year by those who wish to pursue a job or an application at uni as it will increase their chances of success.

| Thank-you for the opportunity to extend my facilitation skills amongst the most demanding of audiences... young children. I feel I can face a meeting room full of senior managers with renewed vigour and confidence having now managed the raw energies of these children towards creating, designing and marketing a new line of biscuits! |

| The Enterprise In Action Events was a really great experience for us students. We learnt some great business skills like: Teamwork, Co-operation, decision making,delegation, planning, organisation, patience and getting the facts right. The team members were: Adel Hussain, Lee Carrack, Richard Lawes, Anisah Ahmed, Haranpreet Ahattausa, Evan Stapleton, Jamie Banford, Sukchen Digpal and Tyne Harris. |

| At the enterprise day we learnt a lot of new skills including: teamwork, co-operation, planning and organising ourselves and communication. We had to work to deadlines and do presentations. It is not easy to be a manager and we learnt that business has to make a profit. |

Thank you for inviting me to be a Team Adviser at Morley High School. I had a fantastic day and feel that I got a lot out of the day personally. I know that the students got a lot out of the day, comments included "it is good working with other people we do not know" and getting to know new people". They also commented on the skills that they learnt -teamwork, communication and presentation skills and working to deadlines!.
Thank you to you and Angie, you both made me feel at ease on the day. You both relaxed and motivated me as an advisor and the students with your unique energetic enthusiasm for the event. |
